An original British Army 1972 Pattern Denison Smock which dates from the early 1970s and is in excellent condition.

Officially named 'Smock, Camouflage', this smock was the last pattern of 'true' denison smock to be manufactured. The similarity between this example and those of the Second World War are clear to be seen and it is unmistakably 'Denison'. It is the last iteration of the Denison Smock before the DPM version was introduced in 1977. This pattern is often erroneously referred to today as the '1959 Pattern' by collectors.
